SHIPPING: All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage w/$100 insurance provided. We would love to guarantee every package for delivery and replace those that don't make it but our margins are very tight to keep costs low and therefor at this time we do not guarantee shipping. Once it leaves our mailroom we are released of all liability. UPS can be arranged in special circumstances. UPS charges postage plus a pickup fee.
How can you improve your changes of a successful delivery? The number one issue right now is incorrect/incomplete shipping address. I am no longer using the USPS address correction software so what you enter for a shipping address is exactly what prints on the label. 1. Comments entered into the checkout comment box are not passed along to your mail carrier. There is no way for me to provide these notes to your carrier. 2. Double check your shipping address before you submit your order. Additionally, when your confirmation is sent with the payment link, the bottom section will contain your shipping address, please verify there as well that your address is correct.
